Calibry Nest is a 3D scanning and post‑processing application designed for use with Calibry handheld scanners. It streamlines the workflow from data capture to a clean, ready‑to‑use 3D model. During acquisition, it provides live feedback and tracking to help maintain coverage and accuracy. After scanning, it offers tools for aligning and merging multiple passes, global registration, noise and artifact removal, hole filling, mesh smoothing and simplification, and precise scaling and measurement. Calibry Nest also supports texture mapping to produce colorized meshes and lets you export results to common formats such as OBJ, STL, PLY, and WRL for use in CAD, visualization, VR/AR, and 3D printing. Its combination of automated routines and manual controls makes it approachable for beginners while giving experienced users the flexibility to fine‑tune results.
